Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
(Philadelphia and Delaware Counties)
Job Description:
Our CNA’s And HHA’s will: provide attention to client’s non-medical needs including companionship and social engagement; Assist with personal care needs including, bathing, dressing, grooming and transfer assistance; Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders; Establish a professional relationship with clients, family members and co-workers; Provide reliable care by being punctual and attentive to client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides that have a passion for what they do and would like to join our team! Our ideal candidates are/have:
- Reliable and committed to working shifts ranging from 4-12 hours
- Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant License or Home Health Aide Certification
- One year home care or long-term care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification, and Food Safety Certification (we can assist with this)
- Evidence of negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test within the last year
- Negative Drug Screen
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
- Clean PA Criminal Background check or FBI Clearance (if you have lived outside of PA within the last 2 years)
- Personal vehicle (preferred) or reliable transportation (employees with personal vehicles will have access to more clients)
- Cell Phone with internet access
- Willing to travel within Philadelphia and surrounding counties
- Three professional references
